Everywhere

Song Length - 3:37

This song was mainly used as an instrumental to accompany various scenes in Pete and Pete episodes, for example when Big Pete unmasks Mr Bear to reveal himself, in the episode "Rangeboy". It is also used as the haunting backdrop when Big Pete is reflecting about life on the road in "King of the Road". He says "Why is it that when you miss somebody so much that your heart is ready to disintegrate that you always hear the saddest song ever on the radio"  while it plays.

Lyrics:

I put your photograph away,
I can't look at you today.
I put your letters upstairs,
But it's no good because you're everywhere.

I can try to hide,
But why do I waste my time.

You left your glasses behind,
And somebody said you were losing fire,
I play a game, but you're not there,
But it's no good, because you're everywhere.

I can try to hide,
But why do I waste my time,
Centre round of you,
Everything I do says you're everywhere, everywhere.

I hear a song that you sang,
I hits my head like a circus train,
I cried out when you were there,
You were there because you're everywhere.

I can try to hide,
But why do I waste my time,
Centre round of you,
Everything I do
(Centre round in me,
Everything I see says....
Everywhere
(times 3))
