Ballure Holiday Homes are self catering and are equipped for up to 6 persons (seven in the case of a baby in a cot). This maximum number shall not be exceeded.
The cottages are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and guests are required to vacate by 10 am on the day of departure.
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
All cottages are thoroughly cleaned between lettings and visitors are expected to respect the property and leave it clean, neat and tidy. The proprietors reserve the right to levy an additional charge where excessive cleaning is required.
Electricity is operated by £1 coin meter. Gas central heating is free of charge.
To book a cottage please send a deposit of 25% when your booking is acknowledged and accepted by us (only when this deposit is accepted will your dates be secured). Guests are then responsible for the balance which is due in full six weeks prior to the date of arrival. A deduction of £5 per week may be made for non-smoking parties (not applicable to short breaks).
In the event of cancellation, whilst every effort will be made to re-let, refunds can only be made if this is achieved. Any refunds therefore are at the total discretion of the owners. Guests are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance to cover this risk.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property and contents. Any damages, breakages or losses will be charged at the end of the holiday period. The proprietors reserve the right to terminate the tenancy without notice or reason.
We do not take dogs or other pets no matter how well behaved.
All cheques should be made payable to "Ballure Holiday Homes" and sent c/o David and Anne Craine, The Carrick, Port Lewaigue, Maughold, Isle of Man, IM7 1AG.
Receipt of your booking will be construed an acceptance of these conditions.
